About the Role
n
A pivotal opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager with a funds management background to take ownership of financial and trust accounting across a portfolio of property trusts, while providing leadership and mentoring to the broader finance team. You'll work closely with senior leadership, gaining genuine exposure to investor reporting and Board-level reporting.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparing management accounts and Asset Management Reports across property trusts
n




Calculating and processing trust distributions and investor reporting
n
Managing treasury functions, cashflow and bank reconciliations
n
Coordinating annual audits, tax compliance and ASIC lodgements
n
Supporting debt covenant calculations and lender reporting
n
Providing leadership and mentoring to the wider finance team
n
n
About You
n
n
CA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years' experience in funds management, trust, or property accounting
n
Genuine exposure to trust structures, investor reporting and trust taxation
n
Prior experience mentoring or leading others
n
Confident engaging with Directors, investors and key stakeholders
n
n
