A growing Aussie NDIS provider with a solid local presence. They are seeking a strong Finance Manager to take ownership of their finance team, as their 1st in charge. This role is managing a small team.
n
The role
n
Reporting into the GM, this is an excellent, broad role for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller who suits a SME environment.
n
n
Responsible for the month end process of all entities including: month end journals posting, accounts classifications, credit card and expenses reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations as well as investigate and resolve any anomalies
n
Prepare monthly management pack, including sales, variance analysis and commentary
n
Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annually taxes, including GST, FBT, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing
n




Support and manage the budgeting and 24ā€month rolling forecasting process
n
Prepare Cashflow reporting
n
Drive the team in preparation of an accurate audit including consolidation of financial statements
n
Leading Finance team through company transformation
n
Support continuous business processes and systems improvement
n
Implement internal controls policies and procedures and ensure adherence to accounting standards and best practice guidelines
n
Manage a small finance team and establish a proactive and diligent culture
n

About you
n
n
Qualified accountant (CPA/CA)
n
Experienced Finance Manager - with experience across reporting, GL maintenance, and financial planning
n
Is an exceptional communicator and has a natural flair in influencing stakeholders at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
n
