What you'll be doing
n
Acting as the senior partner for clients - trusted to solve problems and deliver impact
n
Leading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels
n
Managing and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performance
n
Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work
n
Keeping projects on track - managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality
n
Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts
n
What we're looking for
n
5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency
n
Experience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
n
Strong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunities
n
Confident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teams
n
A proactive, cooperative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead
n
