Hays is currently recruiting a Project Manager for a commercial builder specialising in tilt-up commercial builds throughout Perth.

Your new company Operating over the past 5 years, this commercial builder does not tender for work but gets work through repeat business.
n
Mainly building fuel stations & fast food restaurants using tilt-up solutions 15 internal employees, including multiple site managers, 1 other project manager and 3 contract administrators
n
Contracts in the Perth Metro area, depending on your location, you can choose North or South projects.
n
Project duration is fast-paced, ***** weeks per project.
n

Overseeing a number of sites throughout Perth metro, with values of $5–15M
n
Supporting site managers and overseeing project delivery
n
Coordinating with the CA's
n




Reporting to the construction manager
n
Cost and budget reporting
n
Communication with stakeholders
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
Prior experience as a project manager on similar projects such as fuel stations or quick food from civil to completion (essential) Tilt up experience is an advantage. Must have full project management experience as a main contractor for all construction works. 2+ years experience as a project manager
