Job Description
n
Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time & Leave, and ServiceNow product roadmap.
n
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
n
Drive HR and Payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
n
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements.
n
Manage product backlogs, user stories, release planning, and delivery in an Agile environment.
n
Lead testing, defect management, release readiness, and deployment activities.
n
Support SAP SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, integrations, and third-party payroll solutions.
n
Lead and mentor a team of configuration specialists and analysts.
n
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the bridge between HR, Payroll, and Technology teams.
n
Extensive experience as a Product Owner, HR Systems Lead, Functional Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst within HR/Payroll technology.
n




Robust hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
n
Experience leading SaaS product delivery within Agile environments.
n
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
n
Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, configuration, and release management.
n
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder priorities.
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
n

Highly Desirable

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
n
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
n
SAP SuccessFactors Time & Leave Certification.
n
Experience with ServiceNow HR solutions.
n
Payroll replication, schema processing, and payroll configuration experience.
n
ABAP development knowledge.
n
Experience working within large enterprise or global organisations.
