The Role:
n
As the WSI Airport Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the warehouse. Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord expectations.
n
What You'll Do:
n
n
Lead and manage all warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
n
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and store support teams.
n
Manage rostering, payroll administration, leave approvals, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
n
Monitor operational costs, labour budgets, and profitability targets.
n
Ensure compliance with safety, HR, company policies, and loss prevention procedures.
n
Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, invoicing, and stocktake processes.
n
Support merchandising standards, promotional activities, and product availability.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
n
Drive a safe, productive, and positive workplace culture.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Previous experience in inventory management leadership roles.
n
Strong people management and team development skills.
n
Experience in KPI and performance management.
n
Logistics and supply chain knowledge.
n
Strong understanding of stock control systems, inventory management,



and reporting.
n
High attention to detail with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
n
Valid ASIC/AVSEC pass (or eligibility to obtain and maintain).
n
Availability for open/close, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
n
