About the Opportunity

An established clinical research organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator to lead the successful delivery of clinical studies while supporting and developing a high-performing site operations team. This position combines hands-on study coordination with people leadership, quality oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure exceptional participant experiences and high-quality research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of multiple clinical trials, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
n
Lead, mentor and develop Clinical Trial Coordinators, Research Assistants and support staff through coaching, performance management and training.
n
Monitor study progress, recruitment performance, data quality, protocol compliance and issue resolution across allocated projects.
n
Build strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, investigators and internal stakeholders, acting as a key operational contact.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across trial processes, documentation, training and operational efficiency.
n
Support project planning,



resource allocation, reporting and risk management to ensure successful study execution.
n
Promote a collaborative, compliant and patient-focused culture while maintaining GCP and regulatory standards.

About You
n
n
Previous experience in a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, Clinical Trial Coordinator Team Lead or similar leadership role within clinical research.
n
Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
n
Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple studies in a fast-paced setting.
n
Tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
n
