Build a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.

Drive succession planning and career development opportunities.

Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of key business KPIs.

Analyse store performance data and provide actionable insights.

Manage expenses, gross profit performance and wage budgets.
n
Champion loyalty program participation and private label sales growth.
n
Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through proactive coaching and action planning.
n
Support teams to identify customer needs and provide expert advice.
n
Ensure stores execute promotions, marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards.
n
Maintain solid stock management processes and minimise inventory loss.
n
Drive compliance with operational, audit and task management requirements.
