The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value transactions. The team advises on general banking and finance matters, with broad exposure across a combination of acquisition and leveraged financing, as well as syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured). You will work closely with market-leading partners in a collaborative, well-resourced team known for technical excellence and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general banking and finance, solid drafting and advisory skills, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in this practice area. Experience gained within a reputable private practice or top-tier in-house environment will be highly regarded.
