Overview

My client, a household name in financial services, is looking for a high-performing Finance Business Analyst to help drive key transformation initiatives. You will have a strong finance background and have transitioned into the project domain with excellent BA experience.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Define business (Finance) requirements to support various transformation initiatives
n
Help define various solution milestones with a variety of stakeholders
n
Detailed gap analysis across the scope of the projects including "as is" "to be" process mapping
n
Detailed analysis of root cause issues causing business complexities and solutions
n
Production of detailed Finance Requirement Documentation, along with other documentation to allow successful transformation
n
Solution testing and training of finance SMEs transitioning transformation outcomes to BAU process
n




Various aspects of analysis and reporting aligned to project deliverables
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
n
Strong finance background before transitioning to a BA position in project delivery
n
Strong working background in financial services
n
Proven experience as a finance business analyst delivering requirements gathering and documenting requirements
n
Working within an Agile delivery environment is highly regarded
n
Exposure to technology projects or regulatory projects will be highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
