As Chief Operating Officer, you will hold accountability, supported by a complete executive leadership team reporting to you. The role carries a CEO-scale operational remit: setting direction, lifting performance across a complex multi-site network, aligning clinical and operational leaders,



and ensuring consistently high standards of service, care and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a CEO-calibre health services executive, or accomplished COO, who is ready for a highly visible leadership mandate with real operational impact. You will bring commercial discipline, strategic judgement and the ability to lead through an executive team, managing a complex stakeholder group. Your engagement and influencing abilities will be integral to success across clinicians, partners and senior stakeholders.
