About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced ISAM Developer to join a high-performing Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and authentication technologies to support enterprise identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop, configure, and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions.
n
Administer and support ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control (AAC), and Federation modules.
n
Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using ISAM Access Manager.
n
Implement and support federated authentication using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and ADFS.
n
Integrate enterprise applications with ISAM to enable secure authentication and authorization.
n
Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and contemporary authentication mechanisms.
n
Perform ISAM server administration, including policies, user registries, clustering, and External Authentication Interface (EAI) configurations.
n
Support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting,



and ongoing maintenance of ISAM environments.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
n
Participate in application migration to the ISAM Federation model where required.
n

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
n
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
n
Expertise in ISAM Base, AAC, and Federation modules.
n
Experience with LDAP, IAM operations, and access management.
n
Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and ADFS.
n
Experience integrating enterprise applications with ISAM.
n
Knowledge of MFA implementation and authentication protocols.
n
Experience with ISAM server configuration, policies, clustering, user registries, and EAI.
n
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Preferred Skills
n
n
Experience migrating applications to the ISAM Federation model.
n
Exposure to enterprise security architecture and authentication frameworks.
n
Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
