Specialise in architectural residential new builds, renovations and extensions, and commercial new builds and fit outs.

Projects range in value from $2m to $15m.

Have been in business for over 20 years.

Office based in South West Sydney - Liverpool.

About The Project Manager job role
n
n
Project planning and programming.
n
Procurement.
n
Project administration.
n
Use of Procore and MS Project.
n
Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super.

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy
n
n




Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
n
Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
n
Good client facing and relationship building skills.
n
Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
n
Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
n
Good level of IT literacy.
