Join a leading global medical device company experiencing significant growth across Australia. We are seeking a Territory Manager to cover East and South Melbourne, with a strong focus on Monash and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent prospect suited to a commercially savvy and relationship-driven professional with cardiology experience.

About the Role
n
In this key role, you will manage and grow a well-established territory, with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with cardiologists and other key stakeholders. Your ability to navigate clinical environments, understand customer needs, and deliver value-driven solutions will be essential to your success.
n
As the local expert for cardiology products, you will provide in-field support, education, and training to clinical teams, ensuring effective product usage and driving positive patient outcomes. This is a field-based position requiring strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with both hospital and private practice settings.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the East & South Melbourne territory, with a particular focus on the Monash network and key cardiology hubs.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists and supporting staff.
n
Provide product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.

Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and national sales.
n

Requirements
n
n
Demonstrated success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within cardiology or a related clinical area.
n
Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular health and procedures.
n
An established network within the Victorian cardiology community is highly regarded.
n
Proven experience in territory development and stakeholder engagement.
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
n
Comfortable working in both hospital and private practice settings.
n
