We're looking for a passionate and driven Training & Onboarding Manager to join Rex Cirrus8 and play a key role in setting our clients up for success from day one.
n
This role is all about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, building strong client relationships, and creating engaging, high-impact training that drives long-term retention and product adoption.
n
About the Role
n
As our Training & Onboarding Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they transition onto Rex Cirrus8.
n
You'll combine training delivery, client relationship management, and project coordination to ensure every client has a smooth and successful go live experience. You'll also play a key role in continuously improving our training programs and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training
n
n
Own the onboarding experience for new clients from kick off through to go live
n
Develop and manage structured training plans tailored to client needs
n
Deliver engaging training sessions both online and in person
n
Provide ongoing training and support to ensure robust product adoption
n
n
Client Experience & Relationship Management
n
n
Act as the key point of contact during onboarding
n
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients early in their journey
n
Identify and address training gaps to support successful outcomes
n
Support clients post go live and guide them to self service resources
n




Design and deliver training for new features and product updates
n
Develop and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules
n
Maintain and improve the online knowledge base
n
Continuously evolve training programs using best practice learning principles
n

Project Coordination & Implementation
n
n
Project manage onboarding timelines and key milestones
n
Coordinate client kick offs and data review sessions
n
Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth delivery
n
Improve onboarding workflows and communication processes
n
n
Compliance & Security
n
n
Complete required information security training
n
Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures
n
Report any security risks, incidents or concerns
n
n
Experience & Skills
n
n
Proven experience in a Training, Onboarding or Customer Success role
n
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong problem solving ability and confidence navigating complex situations
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
n
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a can do attitude
n
Comfortable working with change and continuous improvement
n
Experience in SaaS or PropTech is highly regarded
