Covalent Lithium is seeking a seasoned Condition Monitoring Technician to join our Refinery Operations Maintenance Team at the Kwinana Refinery. You will lead routine condition monitoring and lubrication tasks to support protected, reliable plant operation and extend asset life.

Work with reliability engineers and trades to embed proactive monitoring, analyze oil and vibration data, and drive continuous improvement across lubrication programs in a high-temperature, dusty lithium processing
