Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement industrial relations strategies.
n
Provide practical, commercially focused advice on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
n
Lead and support enterprise agreement negotiations and administration.
n
Manage and resolve industrial disputes and complex employee relations issues.
n
Engage with unions, clients, tribunals and industry stakeholders.
n
Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to leaders and People & Culture professionals.
n
Support tender and bid activities to ensure industrial compliance and competitiveness.
n
Monitor legislative developments and ensure business compliance with the Fair Work Act and associated obligations.
n
Analyse IR trends and reporting data to inform decision‐making.
n

About You
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law or a related discipline.
n
Significant experience (5+ years) in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
n
Demonstrated experience across enterprise bargaining,
dispute management and workforce consultation.
n
Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, up-to-date awards and enterprise agreements.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills.
n
The ability to influence outcomes and provide pragmatic advice in complex environments.
n
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
n
Experience working within construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, utilities or other heavily unionised industries will be highly regarded.
