The Role

As Lead Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Elementary class, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.

Guide each child's development with care, insight and respect

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child development
n
Lead with clarity, fostering a cooperative and professional team culture
n
Build positive, professional relationships with families

Contribute to the wider life of the school

We are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who:

Holds an AMI 6-12 Diploma and has experience of working with children
n
Brings strong leadership, organisation and clear communication
n
Builds relationships with ease and professionalism
n
Is committed to safeguarding, equity and inclusion
