Heavy Equipment Fleet | Maintenance Leadership

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of fleet maintenance for our Perth branch.
n
This role plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
n
Plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
n
Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
n
Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
n
Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers
n
n
About You
n
n
Strong background in heavy diesel and mobile plant
n
Knowledge of earthmoving, compaction or access equipment
n
Experience supervising mechanics or leading workshop
n




Confident diagnosing faults and guiding technicians
n
Organised and capable of managing a busy hire fleet
n
n

This is a busy operational role working typical industry hours, with participation in a shared on-call roster and occasional Saturday work when required.
