We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with extensive experience in managing customer, address, and reference domains. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama, and a strong background in data integration, profiling, and quality assurance. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM best practices and the ability to implement end to end MDM solutions.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage and maintain master data across customer, address, and reference domains.
n
Implement and operate MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality.
n
Utilize MDM tools (preferably Ataccama) for data management tasks.
n
Conduct data profiling and quality assessments using Informatica or equivalent tools.
n
Design and execute ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or similar technologies.
n
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures.
n
Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM processes and data standards.
n
Implement match and merge best practices for customer data management.
n
Support real time data ingestion and integration through APIs.
n
Participate in at least one end to end MDM implementation project.
n
n
Mandatory Skills:
n
n
Proven experience in Master Data Management with a focus on customer, address, and reference domains.
n
Hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama.
n
Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or equivalent ETL tools.
n
Experience in data profiling and data quality management using Informatica or equivalent.
n
Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
n
Strong technical knowledge of Data Integration, APIs,



and real time data ingestion.
n
Experience implementing match and merge best practices for customer data.
n
MDM Administration experience is a deal breaker.
n
n
Preferred Skills:
n
n
Experience with Ataccama MDM is preferable but not mandatory.
n
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
n
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
7 10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and data integration.
n
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
n
n
