we are looking for an Operations Manager.
n
The Operations Manager will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
n
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the administration of operational activities in the warehouse. Your daily tasks include control of shipping/receiving material, organization & inventory management, ensuring that all appropriate safety regulations are being implemented and to supervise all warehouse employees & drivers.
n
What you will do
n
On this position there will be different fronts you are going to be working with:
n
Logistics:
n
n
. Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers.
n
. Organize and maintain delivery schedule daily with efficiency route planning
n
. Other duties as assigned
n
n
Quality and Safety Control
n
n
. Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing product for damage.
n
. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis
n
. Lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met.
n
n
Administration
n
n
.



Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules.
n
. Responsible for inventory management and control
n
. Able to enter orders into SAP, interact with customers, load/unload products, and move product within the warehouse as needed.
n

Professional Experience

Required
n
n
. 2+ years of operational and people management experience in logistic.
n
. 1+ inventory management experience.
n
. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
n
. SAP experience
n
n
Knowledge
n
n
. Building materials market
n
n
Academical Background
n
Required
n
n
. High School / GED
n
. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
