Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Consultant to provide technical expertise, support, and advisory services across enterprise mainframe environments. You will be responsible for ensuring stability, performance, and security of z/OS systems while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse, design, and implement mainframe-based solutions in z/OS environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
n
Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery support.
n
Collaborate with developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless solutions.
n




Ensure compliance with enterprise security and change management processes.
n
Provide subject matter expertise and mentoring to junior team members.

Skills & Qualifications

n
5+ years' experience as a Mainframe Consultant or similar role.
n
Proven experience in problem analysis and performance tuning.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
