You'll work directly with our founders, owning the financial heartbeat of the business while helping shape smarter, more efficient operations. About You
n
You're not just a numbers person—you're a strategic thinker who knows how to turn data into decisions. You've got:

A qualified finance qualification and 10+ years' experience
n
Strong skills in Xero, Shopify, and Cin7 (ERP)
n
Confidence with BI tools and advanced Excel wizardry
n
A knack for financial modelling, costing, and FX management
n
A sharp commercial eye and a clear sense of what "great" looks like
n

What You'll Be Doing
n

Partnering with founders to monitor and improve business performance
n
Leading monthly management reporting and cash flow oversight
n
Driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
n
Owning tax and regulatory compliance
n
Spotting opportunities for growth and efficiency
n
Building systems and processes that scale with us
