Services Manager – MBCP Programs

This Services Manager role leads the operational performance, sustainability and continuous improvement of Men's Behaviour Change and Counselling Services across multiple locations.
n
Reporting to the Statewide Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure services are protected, effective, compliant, and responsive to diverse clients and communities.
n
This role also supports workforce leadership, risk management, budget oversight and stronger integrated responses across the domestic and family violence sector.
n
Key Requirements
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum bachelor's degree)



in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Behavioural Science or Social Science
n
Solid understanding of Men's Behaviour Change and Domestic Family Violence
n
Extensive leadership of complex service delivery programs and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Strong financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Current QLD Driver's License and Blue Card.
n

Supporting Change and Safety – Ending Domestic and Family Violence through behaviour change practice, leadership and advocacy
