NTT Data are seeking 2 PeopleSoft Functional Consultants to work across a critical finance transformation initiative involving the migration of core financial processes from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

Please note: This is a global project with stakeholders and delivery teams located across Australia, the US and India. Flexibility to attend occasional after-hours meetings and project calls during the week will be required to support collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Work as the functional SME across PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), Pay Cycle and Positive Pay
n
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, document and validate business requirements
n
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and PeopleSoft solutions
n
Configure and optimise PeopleSoft FSCM functionality to support business and finance processes
n
Support core financial operations including journal entries, accruals, adjustments, month-end and year-end close activities
n
Develop and support financial reporting, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reporting
n




Configure and support automated allocations, chart of accounts structures and financial controls
n
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned to best practice
n
Support balance sheet, bank and GST reconciliations
n
Participate across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and post-go-live support
n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues in a rapid-paced project environment
n

About You
n
n
8-10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
n
Deep functional expertise across GL, AP, AM, Pay Cycle and Positive Pay
n
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and operations
n
Proven experience supporting PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades or finance transformation programs
n
Experience developing functional specifications and working closely with technical teams
n
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and financial controls
n
Demonstrated experience with data validation, testing and user acceptance activities
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work effectively across business, finance and technology teams within a global delivery model
