Overview

Associate Technical Business Analyst role with a Federal Government client. This Sydney-based contract role is initially for 9 months.
n
Role requires Oracle Fusion Cloud experience and the ability to provide widespread application support. Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role and hold an NV1 clearance.

Responsibilities
n
n
Act as a key liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring explicit communication and understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud processes.
n
Analyze business requirements, propose improvements, and implement changes aligned with global templates and best practices.
n
Oversee and execute Oracle Fusion system enhancements, configurations, and customisations.
n
Lead functional test planning and execution, manage defect tracking, and ensure quality across integrated products and solutions.
n
Collaborate with technical teams and the implementation partner to deliver and maintain integrations and automation opportunities.
n
Provide functional and technical support to business users and coordinate issue resolution.
n
Prepare and facilitate end-user training sessions and documentation to maximise system adoption.
n
Manage change requests, document functional requirements, and maintain proper system documentation.
n
Work with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Procurement, ERP, PM, PPM,



and HCM.
n
Apply strong understanding of procurement, finance, and HR processes and workflows.
n
Utilise Oracle Cloud technologies (e.g., OIC, SFTP, REST APIs) and support Oracle Fusion implementations.
n
Apply testing best practices, with strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and related tools.
n
Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

Qualifications
n
n
Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain or currently hold NV1 Security Clearance.
n
1-3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
n
Oracle Fusion Cloud experience and familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, ERP, PM, PPM, HCM).
n
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancements.
n
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, testing methodologies, and tools.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Location: Sydney CBD Based (50% in office – hybrid)

Contract: 9 months

Daily rate: A$****** incl. Super per day

Security: NV1 clearance required
