We1re growing and looking for a motivated Junior Solicitor to join our team. This is a new role supporting our expanding client base across Hervey Bay and Maryborough.

About the Role
n
You1ll work directly with senior practitioners across a mix of files, including:
n
n
Criminal law (mentions, duty work, briefs, client management)
n
Family law (property, parenting, procedural work, drafting)
n
General practice matters depending on your interests and experience
n
n
You1ll work between our Hervey Bay and Maryborough offices as needed, so a current driverf licence is essential.
n
We1re genuinely open to applicants from other practice areas 12 if you1re a strong junior lawyer who wants handson experience, good mentorship, and a stable longterm role, we want to hear from you.

What You17re Doing
n

Drafting, preparing and managing court documents
n
Attending court appearances and conferences
n
Managing client communication with professionalism and empathy
n
Working closely with senior lawyers on strategy and file progression
n
Contributing to a positive,



collaborative team culture
n
n
What We17re Looking For
n
n
Admitted solicitor (or about to be admitted)
n
Strong communication and drafting skills
n
Ability to manage deadlines and juggle competing priorities
n
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly
n
Interest in criminal and/or family law is ideal, but not essential
n
Driver1s licence required
n
