About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience in the health insurance industry is highly desirable, as is working knowledge of Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
n
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
n
Assist in designing solutions that align with business objectives, especially within health insurance operations such as claims, enrollment, and provider management
n
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate delivery of features
n
Support UAT planning and execution, including writing test cases and validating outcomes
n
Monitor and communicate project progress and potential risks to stakeholders
n
Help enhance business processes through data analysis and recommendations
n
n




Required Skills & Experience
n
n
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
n
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid methodologies
n
Familiarity with API integrations, data mappings, and documentation
n
Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and diagramming tools
n
n
Desirable Qualifications
n
n
Experience in the health insurance domain, including exposure to claims processing, member enrollment, or provider systems
n
Working knowledge of Salesforce (e.g., Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or general platform usage)
n
Understanding of healthcare data formats is a plus
n
Salesforce certifications are a bonus
