Job Description

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility management operations across Western Turner site.
n
Lead and support operational personnel to achieve project objectives, KPIs, and service delivery requirements.
n
Manage workforce planning, Mob, Demob,including rosters, leave, timesheets, and subcontractor coordination.
n
Monitor resource allocation, plant, equipment, and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
n
Maintain regular communication with Project
Managers,employees,
and client representatives.
n
Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time.
n
Participate in and facilitate toolbox meetings, pre-start meetings, HSE meetings, quality meetings, and other operational discussions.
n
Monitor project costs, identify scope variations, and assist with invoicing where required.
n




Provide technical guidance and operational support to employees and subcontractors.
n
Support site HR and industrial relations activities in line with company policies and procedures.
n
Ensure company vehicles, plant, and equipment remain compliant, safe, and fit for purpose.
n
Promote a positive safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
n
Maintain professional presentation and fitness for work at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Must have a Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Section 26)
n
Minimum 3 years of FIFO experience insupervisory role within Facility Management in Miningindustries is required.
n
Valid C Class WA Driver's Licence (essential).
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
n
Demonstrated knowledge of HR/IR requirements, including Fair Work obligations and general OH&S; principles.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Sound knowledge of health and safety, workforce planning, scheduling, and resource management.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
