n The newly created role of Performance Insights Manager will focus on delivering actionable insights that drive business performance across the store operations network. This role leverages data analytics, reporting, and strategic thinking to uncover opportunities, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making across store operations, customer experience, and commercial performance.
n Leading a team, you will mentor and grow the capabilities with a people first approach to optimise outcomes, align strategy, and deliver value at scale to the wider organisation.
n What You'll Be Doing
n As a Performance Insights Manager at Kmart,you will:
n Your responsibilities include:
n
n
Partner with stakeholders to define and measure business-critical KPIs and performance frameworks.
n
Develop strategic dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end business performance.
n
Lead the evolution of insights platforms using best practices in data visualisation and user experience.
n
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of self-serve insights tools across the business.
n
Create and execute strategies for automated, real-time actionable insights tailored to business needs.
n
Enable proactive decision-making by surfacing timely and relevant performance signals.
n
Provide coaching and development for direct reports.
n
Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and data storytelling within the team.
n
To be successful in this role you'll have:n
n
Experience leading or working as part of a team focused on creating strategic insights that lead to business transformation & outcomes.
n
The ability to review processes,



recommend improvement strategies and drive change.
n
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in optimizing store processes.
n
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with store teams and stakeholders.
n
Analytical and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
n
Experience leveraging analytics tools, including SQL, PowerBI or python highly regarded.
n
