We're currently partnering with a vibrant regional health service in Victoria seeking a passionate Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join their growing team.

The department is well-resourced, clinically progressive, and offers opportunities to influence the future direction of emergency care in the region.

About the Role:
n
As a Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine, you'll play a central role in delivering high-level clinical care,



mentoring junior staff, and contributing to ongoing service improvement and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Deliver expert emergency care across a wide range of clinical presentations
n
Lead and support junior doctors and nursing staff
n
Foster collaborative relationships across departments for seamless patient care
n
Engage in audits, education, and quality improvement activities
n
Contribute to policy development and uphold clinical governance standards
n
n
Who We're Looking For:
n
n
FACEM or equivalent specialist registration with AHPRA
n
Demonstrated experience in a comparable emergency setting
n
Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement
n
Leadership capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment
n
Strong interest in teaching and mentorship
n
n
