Join a Salesforce delivery partner supporting a major organisation within the entertainment and gaming sector. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to implement Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Role
n
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will:
n
n
Work with business stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements.
n
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
n
Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
n
Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions,



and solution design discussions.
n
Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver Salesforce capabilities.
n
n
You will have
n
n
4-6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience.
n
Strong experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
n
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements.
n
Robust understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
n
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Consultant certifications.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
