Are you a conveyancing solicitor who enjoys managing files from start to finish and building strong client relationships?
Our client, a well-established boutique South Brisbane firm, is seeking an
experienced Conveyancing Solicitor
to join its friendly team.
You will be responsible for:
Managing residential conveyancing files from A-Z
Reviewing and advising on contracts
Handling residential sales and purchases
Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financiers
Managing PEXA settlements
Conducting due diligence and property searches
Attending to post-settlement matters
Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Solid end-to-end residential conveyancing experience
Sound knowledge of Queensland property law and conveyancing processes
Experience using PEXA




Excellent organisational and file management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
A client-focused and practical approach
