A Brisbane CBD progressive law firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy and high- performing team.
The Role
As a Planning & Workplace Legal Assistant you will support 2 Partners.
Your duties will include:
Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, emails, and meeting coordination
Preparing and formatting documents using LEAP
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Preparation of Briefs to Counsel
Handling time recording, billing, and file management
Providing general administrative support across planning & environment matters
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 3 + years' Legal Assistant experience in (in any area of law)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills




High level of initiative and ability to work proactively
Professional communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.

Progressive mid tier CBD law firm with 70 staff in their Brisbane office.
Commercially focused firm delivering high- quality work within a dynamic, boutique-style environment.
Salary negotiable depending on experience (between $85,000 - $****** package including Super).
