Alstom is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader for the Sydney Light Rail Fleet, based in Lilyfield NSW.
You will report to the Operations Manager and guide a skilled technical team to deliver secure, reliable maintenance outcomes across LRVs, while participating in a rotating roster including mornings and nights.
You will work with Engineering, Quality and Operations to drive fleet performance, safety and continuous improvement.
Strong leadership and mentoring are essential.
