We're seeking a motivated and people-focused qualified to join a leading disability employment provider in Townsville.
In this rewarding role, you'll support participants throughout their employment journey, from building job readiness and securing employment through to providing ongoing workplace support that drives long‐term success.
You'll work closely with clients, employers and community stakeholders to remove barriers, create opportunities and deliver life‐changing employment outcomes.
We're looking for someone with experience in employment services, disability services, community services or a related field, combined with strong communication, relationship‐building and case‐management skills.
Salary: $77,452 + Super
