Manager
, who can directly influence sales growth and capitalise on potential opportunities in Distribution/ Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics and agriculture sectors.
To set you up for success, you will have an industry leading brand name and products to sell, realistic targets, as well as collaborative and supportive sales and leadership team.
We welcome applicants with keen sales acumen and an understanding of nurturing new business relationships within a medium to large business setting.

Key focus areas of the AM position include:
Lead everyday account management activities for strategic customers within the region.
Actively generating leads and qualifying prospects for sales potential.
Manage all enterprise and strategic face to face accounts within specified territory, ensuring all key customer and sales areas are visited on an agreed and regular call cycle, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
Work alongside Strategic Account Managers (cross regional) to enhance account plans, project activities and alignment through a collaborated approach
Brisbane based customer base.
To be successful in this role the ideal person should bring:
2+ Years experience applying sales practices aligned to demonstrating, promoting and selling products or services.




Experience ideally within packaging or a related industry.
Passionate about and motivated by recent business development.
Demonstrated ability developing action plans enabling sales and profit growth.
Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a high performing team.
Sound interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate, present and facilitate interaction with a broad range of people, across internal and external environments.
Intermediate skills utilising CRM software and Microsoft Office suite .
