PrixCar Services Pty Ltd, a national automotive logistics provider, is seeking a customer-focused Call Centre representative to join our team at the Altona North head office.
You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers and coordinate with staff, dealers and subcontractors to deliver timely service.
Responsibilities include taking inbound calls, developing customer relationships, logging orders, maintaining the call centre database and following up on enquiries.
