The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Partner to be a key member of our Marketing team for a 14-monthmaternity leave contract.
This role will play a key part in leading divisional marketing and engagement strategies for several employment programs.
It includes developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth, increase customer acquisition and retention, and enhance brand recognition.
Use your stakeholder engagement skills to foster positive relationships to provide guidance and support regarding market development and operations, understand your customers' needs and drive collaborative practices.
Key tasks include:
Understand divisional business strategy and develop marketing strategies for target customer groups aligned to divisional goals
Implement and manage marketing, and acquisition campaigns and develop relevant content aligned to objectives within budgetary constraints
Utilise marketing channels and tools to maximise brand recognition, engagement, and market differentiation
Be the brand champion within your division to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and be an advocate for AKG brand, supporting corporate initiatives to increase brand recognition
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
Would this describe you?
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in marketing and partnership management roles with advanced digital marketing and customer acquisition skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify strategic opportunities and solutions
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Business acumen with a focus on driving commercial outcomes
Proficient in PC based applications, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytic tools
Ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
