Customer Service Coordinator
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, as the Customer Service Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative support to PEER's Registered Training Organisation (RTO), helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You'll coordinate learner administration, scheduling and progress while supporting compliance requirements and delivering exceptional customer service to learners and stakeholders.
Working full-time Monday to Friday, onsite from our Albert Park office, you will be a main point of contact for learners, employers and stakeholders.

We are a non-profit, industry-based Group Training Organisation (GTO) and an award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering nationally accredited training, apprenticeships, and traineeships across the construction, defence, mining, and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service and act as a professional representative of PEER to learners, employers and stakeholders.
Coordinate learner administration, including enrolments, inductions, documentation, scheduling and progress tracking.
Maintain accurate records and support compliance with RTO regulatory, funding and quality requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, learners and internal teams to support successful training outcomes.
Provide administrative support to training staff, including reporting, data management and learner progression updates.
About You
You're an organised, customer-focused professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive relationships with learners, employers and internal teams.
You have demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications and ideally exposure to learning management systems or administration within the training and education sector.
With a positive, flexible and team-focused attitude, you'll be confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
