You'll actively incorporate contemporary theory and practice into therapy that promotes the independence and wellbeing of our elderly clients.
This will include:Proactively screen and assess clients to formulate and maintain up to date individualised care plansMaintaining open and fluid communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamReferring clients to appropriate health care professionals when necessaryLiaising compassionately with our clients and their familiesThis role is based in Bundaberg/Hervey Bay/Maryborough.
If working full time, some travel between sites (approximately one to two days per fortnight) is required.

You'll have:Tertiary Qualifications in Speech Pathology - EssentialExperience as a Speech Pathologist/Therapist, preferably in the aged care.
