to recruit an experienced and passionate
Centre Director
to lead their team and continue building on a strong culture of quality, inclusion and community.

About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day leadership and operations of the service, while creating an environment where educators feel supported, children thrive and families feel genuinely connected.
You will:
Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of early childhood professionals
Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families and the wider community
Oversee the delivery of a high‐quality educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQF
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of compliance and practice
Support educator development, performance and skilled growth
Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Manage day‐to‐day service operations, staffing and resources
Build strong relationships with families and respond confidently to their needs
Ensure child safety remains at the centre of all decisions and practices
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced early childhood leader who is ready to make their mark.
You will ideally have:
A
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
Current
VIT registration or eligibility for registration
, where applicable
Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director
Robust knowledge of the
National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF




Demonstrated experience leading and developing an early childhood team
Strong organisational, communication and relationship‐building skills
A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusion and high‐quality educational outcomes
The confidence to lead with warmth, accountability and professionalism
Most importantly, you will be a leader who is
visible, approachable and genuinely passionate about creating a great environment for children, families and educators.
