About the role
Opportunity to join our Project Management team, providing expertise, supervision, and support in contract administration as the Superintendent's Representative on medium to large infrastructure projects delivering recent infrastructure assets.
Based in our Leederville office, this role reports to the Manager, Contracts Administration.

What the role will involve
Administer Contracts from the technical, commercial and contractual point of view from beginning to end based on Contractual requirement
Ensure Contractor and the Principal complies with their respective contractual obligations
Facilitate the resolution of technical and commercial contract administration matters
Lead progress meetings with contractors and ensure that OSH, environmental and quality procedures are communicated, understood and followed
Support Water Corporation personnel undertaking OSH, environmental and quality audits on projects.
Provide contract administration advice and support in the preparation of tender documents, if required by Contract department
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, Delivery Managers, Project Directors, Project Managers, Superintendents and other Superintendent's Representatives to efficiently deliver projects
Flexibility to attend worksites visits for progress meetings and site inspections
About you
You'll have demonstrated contract administration experience managing contractual responsibilities on infrastructure projects involving civil, structural, mechanical and/or electrical works, including large-scale works contracts, as well as an understanding of the AS **** suite of contracts.
You'll hold a degree in engineering, construction law, quantity surveying or a related discipline, and possess stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
