They're looking for a packaging supervisor to join them in Beechworth.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Head Brewer, you will be responsible for line setup, operation, quality control, maintenance and supervising a packaging team.
This includes:
Lead setup, operation and pack-down of packaging line.
Supervise,



train and support a small packaging team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Perform line maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Manage QA/QC checks as directed by the Head Brewer.
Safely handle loading/unloading of deliveries and moving stock with forklift.
Production/inventory records in NetSuite.
Maintain safe working practices and uphold all WHS compliance on the production floor.
What we are looking for
Experience operating and supervising a beverage packaging line.
Medium Rigid truck licence, or willingness to obtain.
Explicit communicator who can direct a team calmly and effectively under pressure.
Comfortable in an active, physical role.
Computer literate, with experience using production software.
Valid working rights to work in Australia.
