Join us as an
ELK Administrator
and play a key role in designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise-scale observability and monitoring platforms.
This hands-on technical role is ideal for a skilled ELK professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, improving system visibility, and delivering reliable monitoring solutions that support critical business services.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and platform teams to maintain and enhance Elastic Stack environments, drive platform upgrades, and provide technical expertise across logging, monitoring, and observability capabilities.
About the Work:
Administer and maintain ELK platforms
by ensuring the stability, performance, availability, and security of Elastic Stack environments across production and non-production systems.
Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions
that provide meaningful insights into application, infrastructure, and platform health.
Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to operational best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
across Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, and associated integrations, driving timely resolution of incidents and performance concerns.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
to develop scalable logging, monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities that support business and operational objectives.
About You:
Demonstrated experience as an
ELK Administrator or Elastic Stack Engineer
, with recent hands-on experience managing enterprise ELK environments.
Proven experience delivering
ELK platform implementations, upgrades, or migrations
in complex enterprise environments.
Strong technical expertise across
Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
.
Experience designing and building
monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
that support operational and business outcomes.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active Baseline security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations:
Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure).
Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support.
Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
