Infinite Aged Care Tweed is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead our clinical care team on a Monday–Friday day shift.
You will report to the GM with support from the Clinical Care Manager while guiding our care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care in a quick-paced facility.
You will mentor RNs, ENs, and PCWs, oversee care plans and documentation, collaborate with GPs and allied health, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
