What You'll Get to Do
Perform thorough weekly building and facility inspections (or daily inspections as requested)
Liaise with the Property Manager or Building & Facilities Manager to initiate and schedule project works, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance
Maintain the swimming pool, including testing and dosing chemical levels (where applicable)
Complete and maintain inspection, safety, and maintenance reports and records
Full‐time position; availability Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in maintenance, facilities, retail or commercial property management style environments
Broad handyperson/handyman / handywoman maintenance knowledge and skill set




Ability to work unsupervised and to supervise a part‐time Maintenance Officer
Physical fitness to be on feet most of the day
