We are seeking an experienced Objective RegWorks Specialist to join a high‐performing team delivering critical system analysis, configuration, and implementation outcomes within a dynamic government environment.

Location: ACT
n Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of a 12‐month extension
n Citizenship requirement: Australian citizenship mandatory
n Clearance requirement: NV1

About the Role
n
You will provide subject‐matter expertise across system analysis, configuration, integration, and testing, working within a multidisciplinary team environment. This role requires solid analytical capability and hands‐on experience implementing and configuring COTS solutions, particularly Objective RegWorks.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Translate business requirements into system designs
n
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise Objective RegWorks functionality
n
Perform system analysis and integration activities
n
Develop and execute UAT test cases
n
Write and analyse complex SQL queries
n




Produce technical, functional, and business documentation
n
Support continuous improvement and change initiatives
n
Engage with stakeholders and provide expert advice
n
Mentor team members and transfer knowledge
n
n
Essential Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong experience in systems analysis and design
n
Proven ability in requirements definition and stakeholder management
n
Expertise providing specialist technical advice
n
Experience working with Objective RegWorks or similar regulatory platforms
n
Advanced analytical and problem‐solving skills
n
Experience with low‐code / no‐code implementations
n
n
Desirable

Consultancy experience and stakeholder facilitation
n
User experience evaluation and usability testing exposure
