About You
n
n
Estimating experience in civil construction or infrastructure (Senior: 7+ years).
n
Confident reviewing drawings, contracts and technical specs.
n
Accurate cost estimates, rate build-ups and tender documents.
n
Comfortable working with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay steady during tight tender deadlines.
n
Familiar with estimating software (e.g., CostX, Benchmark, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).
n
A practical, down-to-earth approach and resilience when things get busy.
n

About the Role
n
n
Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil projects across Sydney.
n
Review plans, identify risks and flag any gaps early.
n
Source and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing.
n
Work closely with project teams through bid stages.
n
Contribute ideas to improve accuracy, efficiency and tender success.
n
Assist with post-tender reviews and cost tracking when required.
n
