What You'll Do
n

Drive end-to-end design and implementation of APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications.
n
Champion a "Build it, Own it, Run it" culture across the software lifecycle.
n
Influence architecture and technical standards across multiple teams.
n
Embed SRE and DevSecOps practices: observability, CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning.
n
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
n
Leverage AI-powered tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery.
n
Mentor engineers and uplift development practices not only in the crew but influence across crews.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in cloud-native development (preferably AWS) and banking domain systems.
n
Robust skills in programming languages like C#, React, TypeScript, and .Net framework
n




Expertise in modern architectural patterns, system design, distributed systems, and secure coding.
n
Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, DynamoDB, containerisation (Docker), and observability tools.
n
AWS certification is highly regarded.
n
Leadership capabilities, including:

Driving technical strategy and influencing architectural decisions across teams.
n
Coaching and mentoring engineers to grow their technical and leadership skills.
n
Building strong stakeholder relationships and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
n
Championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
